Welcome to TrixTint. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from TrixTint, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

TrixTint provides automotive, residential, and commercial services including but not limited to:

  • Window Tint
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)
  • Ceramic Coating
  • Vinyl Wrap
  • Detailing Services

All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided online, by phone, or in person are estimates only and may change based on:

  • Vehicle size
  • Existing tint condition
  • Removal requirements
  • Film selection
  • Custom requests
  • Vehicle modifications

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Appointments & Deposits

Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits may become non-refundable if:

  • The customer cancels last minute
  • The customer does not show up
  • The appointment is repeatedly rescheduled

Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule.

Window Tint Information

Customers understand and acknowledge:

  • Newly installed tint may show temporary water pockets, haze, or small imperfections during the curing process
  • Drying times vary depending on weather conditions
  • Customers should not roll windows down for the recommended curing period
  • Minor dust particles or imperfections may exist within industry standards

TrixTint is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Removal of Existing Tint

While every effort is made to safely remove existing film, customers acknowledge that removal may carry risks including:

  • Defroster line damage
  • Pre-existing glass damage
  • Adhesive residue
  • Electronics or sensor issues on certain vehicles

TrixTint is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage related to old or aftermarket tint removal.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Vinyl Wrap

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Some edges may be visible depending on installation style and vehicle design
  • Film may require curing time after installation
  • Proper maintenance is required for longevity

Improper washing methods, automatic car washes, neglect, or physical damage may void warranty coverage.

Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coating performance depends on:

  • Proper maintenance
  • Washing methods
  • Environmental exposure

TrixTint does not guarantee permanent protection against scratches, rock chips, or improper care.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies depending on the selected product or package. Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, Accidents, or Abuse/Neglect
  • Improper cleaning or intentional damage
  • Damage caused by third parties

Warranty claims must be inspected by TrixTint before approval.

Limitation of Liability

TrixTint shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages or loss of vehicle use
  • Delays caused by suppliers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Customers agree that service-related liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
